Mary K. Bimont

Mary joined the firm in the summer of 2022. Her practice largely consists of residential real estate transactions. In addition to representing purchasers and sellers, Mary primarily represents the lenders in the transactions. She works diligently and accurately on borrowers' mortgages, which allows for smooth and on-time closings.

Mary's practice also focuses on estate planning and estate administration. She works closely with clients to craft personalized estate plans that align with their unique goals, providing peace of mind knowing their affairs are in order. For those navigating estate administration, Mary offers compassionate guidance through the Surrogate Court process, balancing empathy with efficiency to help clients achieve closure during a challenging time.

Mary's priority is clear and constant communication with her clients. She strives to respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain a consistent flow of updates so that her clients feel well-informed and supported at every step of the process.

Before joining the firm, Mary served as Assistant County Attorney for Erie County for five years. In that role, she represented the County, its departments, and employees in property damage claims and litigation. Her experience defending governmental entities, and ultimately the taxpayers, has equipped her with a practical, solution-driven approach to her current work.

Outside of her legal practice, Mary resides in Lewiston with her husband, Ryan, their daughter, Gracie, and their golden retriever, Ryder. Together, they enjoy relaxing outdoor activities, such as walking, attending local festivals, exploring farmers' markets, and golfing.
